Squash Souffle

Mix the following together in a big bowl:

2 packages of frozen squash (doesn’t matter exactly what type)
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 eggs
¾ cup of non-dairy creamer/soy milk (you can make it with regular
milk, but this allows for it to be pareve)
1 stick melted of marg.

Mix very well (wisk/fork works, but the immersion blender is best).

Pour into baking dish (note, it will rise a little, but not a ton) and
bake on 375 for 45 minutes.  Once cooked let cool and congeal a bit
before serving.
